Cleaning Your Hairbrush 101

Just like your hair gets product build up so does your hairbrush and combs.

Here are a few tips to keeping them clean;

  • Remove hair

  • Clean them in the shower.  This is a huge time saver for me.

  • Tip from a dear friend.  Plastic combs can also be cleaned in your dishwasher.

  • Baking soda is a an all natural way to remove build up on your tools as well as your scalp.  Plus it is CHEAP!  You can also use your shampoo.

  • Air dry or blow dry after cleansing.

  • Every 2 weeks is a good rule of thumb to keeping your hair gear clean.
