and I am not talking about physical fitness. I am referencing how important it is too know your body shape and your proportions.
This is an example of a long torso women (“Me”), with very short legs. It is time for me to turn to the tailor and have my running tights hemmed to the length of the leg pictured on the left. Also, note that the workout top is hitting around my natural hip bone so it creates the illusion of a shorter torso and longer legs. Fit is like a balancing act, you want to create an upper body that is equal to the bottom half of your body.
