“WWW” not World Wide Wrestling but Work Week Wardrobe.  It is Sunday evening and your work week schedule is packed.  Are you going to open your closet Monday morning and scream, “I have nothing to wear?”

If you answered “Yes” you might want to take a crash course in wardrobe planning from the Pro’s.  Karen Gillman from On Point Executive Center, and me, Lisa K. Ford owner of Invent Your Image.  Karen trains her employees how to dress efficiently and effortlessly, for each work week, so they look professional and polished for all their clients.  I use this same technique to assist my clients in building a wardrobe that makes getting dressed a snap.

Here is an example of a “WWW” planning session at Invent Your Image.

Is Your Wadrobe Ready for Work

Grab your calendar and choose 5 ensembles that work for the environs you will be visiting. This client is working at home and running work related errands on Monday, attending 2 networking meetings, lunch with a potential client, and 2 days visiting real estate properties.

Footwear for Wadrobe Planning

Pull your footwear and line them up under each outfit combination.

Undergarments and Accessories Too

Do NOT forget the finishing touches. Pull the appropriate undergarments for each outfit and drape the coordinating accessories over the hanger or place them in a clear bag and attach to outfit hanger.

Do not have a roll rack?  No worries, push aside a few inches in your closet to make room for 5 outfits.

Karen Gillman’s Bonus Idea” Lisa I always have one suit hanging as a 6th selection in case you wake up and need a quick stand-by.”
